One of the songs on the album ('Watermark') also features guest lead guitar by Rowan Robertson (Dio/DC4/Vast/AMRadio/Billy Ray Cyrus) and violin by Sharon Jayne Sullivan (Cambridge's very own Keltrix). The album was mastered by Pete Maher who has worked with U2, Noel Gallagher, Oasis, Jack White and The Rolling Stones amongst others) and the artwork is by Blackpool artist Ann Charlesworth. The album was produced by Andy Ramsay at Press Play though a few tracks were produced by Andy Cross and Jon Clayton.

Sound Menagerie are currently working on their third album 'House Of Yesterday's' due for release later in 2017 again featuring guest appearances by Stereolab's Andy Ramsay and Sharon Jayne Sullivan as well as new drummer Claire Brock and a guest appearance by Glenn Johansson from Echobelly. This album is being recorded at Zoo Audio in Cambridge and produced by Andy Cross (who also plays with local bands Steve Logan and 4th Labyrinth)
